Contact us
Whether you're a journalist, researcher, civic organisation, or simply a reader with feedback, we'd genuinely like to hear from you. The best way to reach the NaijaElects team is by email. We aim to reply within 2–3 working days.
Please include a clear subject line (for example “Press enquiry”, “Correction”, or “Privacy request”) so we can route your message quickly.
What to get in touch about
- Press & media: interviews, charts for stories, or comment on the latest trends in the live poll.
- Corrections: spotted something inaccurate on the blog or dashboard notes? Send the page URL and the correction.
- Data & research: questions about our methodology or requests for aggregate CSV exports.
- Partnerships: civic-education groups and newsrooms interested in working together on voter information.
- Privacy requests: questions about your data — see our privacy policy.
- Product feedback: ideas that would make the tracker or explainers more useful.
Before you email
Many common questions are answered on the FAQ, including how to submit an opinion, whether we are affiliated with INEC, and how privacy works. For voter registration and PVC collection, see our practical guide — then contact INEC for official processes.
A note on what we can't do
NaijaElects is an independent opinion tracker. We are not INEC and cannot help with voter registration, PVC collection, polling-unit issues, or official election matters. We also cannot change an individual poll response after submission in a way that identifies you, because responses are anonymous by design.
